After a brutal murder occurs, Organized Crime & Triad Bureau investigators Kwan, Lee and Ling start to investigate the case. They soon are exhausted in their search and produce no legitimate leads. Kwan is cool on the outside, but warm on the inside. Lee has a sense of humor and delights many girls. Both men fall in love with the Ling (Cheung), known for being open and also for wearing sexy clothes. Ling likes them as well, which is a problem, since she can court only one. Ling gives both men a fair competition, and eventually chooses Lee.
On their wedding night, the murderer comes to Lee and Ling. Lee is killed while Ling is raped by the suspects of murder cases involving masked rapists that she is investigating. The trauma of this attack provokes her to take revenge using her own body as a tool, and she trains with a flamboyant teacher who shows her how to turn herself into a weapon of vengeance.
